Thank you!

Teacher Craig is so proud to report we reached our goal of $2000 for ICS’s violin fund. Violins and related supplies are being purchased and a rehearsal schedule for our 6th grade violin students is underway!

The PTA is also thrilled to report that their campaign to fund pretzel purchases (which will in turn fund classroom arts trips) exceeded its goal and raised $2331! Thank you for your support for expanding our students’ perspectives and bringing education to life through the arts.

Finally, the fall clothes swap in October raised over $400 for our musical theater program. Thank you to the families who came out on a very dreary day to fashionably reduce, recycle, and reuse! We were excited to be able to donate many many winter clothes from the swap to Nationalities Service Center, a local organization that supports and empowers immigrants and refugees in Philadelphia.
