Counselor Anne needs YOU for Career Day!
Are you interested in sharing information about your career? This includes how you chose your current field, what education/training is needed and what you do in a typical day.
Our hope for our Middle School Career Day is to present our 10-14 year olds with a wide variety of relevant and inspiring career options. Many teens have a narrow vision of possibilities that include professional athlete or singer, with not much in between or outside of those boxes! We want to open their minds by diversifying their options.
Career day (more like ‘morning!’) is on Friday, March 16 from 8:30-11AM.
Please let me know (email@example.com) if you are interested in participating in this event!
It’s Cheesecake Time!
You can submit orders for cheesecakes between now and March 5. Pickup will be March 23 during report card conferences. Order forms and instructions went home with students this week, or you can pick up more in the front office!
All funds raised support the 5th grade camping trip. Any questions, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We love these photos of Playworks training (with ICS & ICS-West NTAs and Climate Coaches) and good times in the recess yard. The team has focused on positive communication and relationship-building with students this year and their dedication shows in the play yard and cafeteria! During Class Game Time they are focusing on inclusion as a skill to teach, model, and practice.
