Hello ICS families,
This week (July 23-27) we invite you to visit the school and take home gently-used uniforms! There will be someone in the office to let you in between 9am-4pm each day.
You can also drop off uniforms. Please make sure they are clean and have no rips/stains. Please only bring navy or red polo tops, navy bottoms, navy jumpers/polo dresses, and solid navy outerwear with no hoods. We’re also happy to take your Griffin Gear hand-me-downs.
If you have extra time to sort or organize items for us, we always love the help!
If you do visit the school for uniforms between Tuesday-Friday this week, you can pick up your summer mailing packet. (Not on Monday, though–I’m not ready yet!)
Otherwise, packets will be mailed home next week and will include required forms and resources for the start of the year for all students.
For returning students it will also include a copy of your child’s final report card from 2017-18, PSSA scores and Star Reports (3rd-8th only), and BMI reports from Nurse Simone.
If you’re looking for other information in the meantime, our Back to School Resources (Summer Edition) email might be helpful.
The mailing will not include teacher assignments. Those will be finalized in mid-August. We will send you an email when teacher assignments are available to view in Alma. (If you are new to ICS, you’ll receive your parent Alma account in mid-August as well.)
If you have received this email and your child is not returning to ICS this fall, please let me know immediately.
