Per Governor Wolf’s order, issued under Act 13 of 2020, ICS will be physically closed through the end of the 2019-2020 academic year, as defined by our school calendar.
This decision at the state level was made in consultation with the Secretary of Health, based on the most recent information regarding COVID-19 as it relates to the health, safety, and welfare of students, school staff, and communities.
During this closure, ICS will continue to execute its continuity of education plan for the remainder of the school year. Regulatory guidance continues to evolve and as such, additional updates, resources, and activities will be shared by April 15, 2020. Additionally, information regarding 8th grade graduation will be shared by April 30, 2020.
