Hi ICS families,
It is getting colder! Make sure your children’s outerwear is clearly labeled with their first and last names. When items like coats and hats get lost they will often make their way back to you if it’s easy to find the owner’s name on it.
Next Friday, November 12th, ALL lost and found items will be displayed outside the cafeteria to be claimed. If your child has lost any personal items, please remind them to check next Friday!

The next PTA Member Meeting is Wednesday, November 17th at 6:00pm. Please register in advance for the meeting here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting.
The Scholastic Book Fair is back in person from November 29th – December 3rd. The fair will be 100% volunteer run this year. If we don’t get enough volunteers, all classes may not be able to visit the fair. We need all the help we can get, so sign up here!

The lottery application for new students for the 2022-2023 school year is available on our website through January 24, 2022.
If you have a student who qualifies for sibling preference (siblings must share a legal parent/guardian and share a household, and one sibling must be attending ICS at time of lottery drawing), you must apply using the lottery application, and you must apply by the January 24 deadline. Attendance
We strongly recommend that you support your child in arriving at school no later than 7:55 every morning (no later than 7:40 if your child needs to eat breakfast). Late arrivals are disruptive both to your child’s routine and to the routines of their classroom.
