21st Century Community Learning Center
After School Program at Independence Charter School
21st CCLC programs are funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
The emphasis of the program is on English Language Arts (ELA) and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) with additional enrichment opportunities. Students receive a snack after school and then report to a first-hour academic class and receive direct instruction in ELA. After the academic hour, students have an opportunity to work on homework and attend a STEAM class.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 3:15 to 5:30
- Wednesday – 1:30 to 5:30
