​Incoming 2nd – 6th grades: please make sure you have completed the online dismissal plan form (English / Spanish). 

Students going into 1st grade received a paper dismissal form with introductory information about school buses. Visit our Transportation page for more info or to print the form.

All incoming 6th-graders must submit an updated physical exam report to the school nurse by the first day of school.

The exam should be dated between September 2024 – August 2025. You can submit any standard report your doctor issues or use the linked form.

All 3rd-grade and 7th-grade students must submit an updated dental exam report to the school nurse by the first day of school.

All students, K-8, are required to wear red polo-type, collared shirts (short or long sleeved). Only middle school students, grades 6-8, are required to wear the ICS logo on their red shirt. Navy pants, skirts, dresses, skorts, shorts, or sweatpants are required dress code on the bottom.  Click here for dress code policy.
